Custom Pattern and Mold Manufacturing

PCC is capable of producing molds on a five-axis machine or by hand-build process. Working with Surf Cam, Solid Works, and Rhino, patterns vary in size from one square foot to over two hundred fifty square feet.

PCC manufactures top-of-the-line fiberglass electrical enclosures meeting NEMA codes (shown on left). Each enclosure is fire retarded with the customers' choice of mounting points. Eyebolts are included for ease of positioning during site work. Each door can have the customers' choice of lock and roller ball hardware.

PCC offers new product design from concept to completion using the latest CAD technologies. Adapting to the needs of our customer is the key to our staying power in composites.
